I wish I had such perfect words over Christmas dinner when my bigot uncle and I got into a discussion about racism. After the heated and very intense debate was dropped, my grandma said "don't get into fights"... "why would I fight, grandma?"... "With all your prejudice stuff." As if my antiracist views were going to get me beat up more than my uncle's white supremacist ones. ::sigh:: This is a great post.
